This is real. I saw it in the flesh. It is scrap of fabric that you clip onto your bra scraps to mask cleavage. Like a tiny laced topped bib, or a frilly collar accessory Thomas Jefferson once sported.  What I’m most at odds with is the rationale that a person could be classy enough to worry about their cleavage, yet still trashy enough to buy something this revolting. Also the main marketing message… ‘the layered look without the bulk’. Is it really that uncomfortable to wear a full camisole underneath your top? How tight of clothes are these people wearing? I’m imagining some large women who should stop shopping in the juniors section of Kohls.
